Service

The final agreement should define the SentinelRE subscription service, authorized users, customer responsibilities, support, availability and acceptable use.

Subscriptions and billing

The final agreement should define plan pricing, billing frequency, renewals, taxes, payment failures, upgrades, downgrades and cancellation terms.

Customer data

The final agreement should establish ownership, permitted processing, export, retention and deletion obligations for customer information.

Sentinel Core intellectual property

The final agreement should clearly distinguish licensed Sentinel Core intellectual property from the SentinelRE application and customer data. Ownership, license scope, restrictions and post-termination rights should be documented by counsel.

Warranty, liability and indemnity

Applicable disclaimers, liability limits and indemnification terms should be drafted by counsel based on SentinelRE's actual services and risk profile.

Governing law

Governing law, venue, dispute resolution and notice provisions should be finalized as part of the customer agreement.
